How It Works
From first inquiry to event day in three steps:

Written breakdown within one business day, booking link to secure the date with deposit.
3. Event day
Arrive together, individual consultations, treatments, aftercare kits, out in 90 minutes to 2 hours.
Events typically require 2–3 weeks lead time for standard dates, 4–6 weeks for Fridays & Saturdays, and 6–8 weeks for wedding-related bookings.

What's the minimum group size?
Four guests. Below that, we recommend standard back-to-back clinic bookings — the group discount and private suite fee only make sense at four or more.

Can we host off-site (home or hotel)?
No. All injectable treatments at JLoo are performed in our Manhattan clinic. Clinical setup, sterile protocols, emergency equipment, and biohazard disposal all live in the clinic — we make the clinic feel like your event instead of making the event unsafe.

How far in advance should we book?
2–3 weeks for standard dates, 4–6 weeks for Fridays & Saturdays, 6–8 weeks for events tied to a wedding so Botox has time to settle before photos.

What if one of our guests isn't a Botox candidate?
Every guest gets a short individual consultation before injection. Non-candidates (pregnancy, breastfeeding, active infection, certain medications) are offered a non-injectable alternative or a full refund on their portion.

Can we combine Botox with other treatments in the same session?
Yes. Common add-ons: PRF microneedling, Rejuran, chemical peels, lip flip, masseter Botox. Add-ons are priced per guest and confirmed during individual consultations at the event.

Is there a deposit?
Yes — a non-refundable deposit secures the date and private suite and is applied toward the final total.

What's the cancellation policy for individual guests?
The group contact is responsible for the booking total. Individual guests can cancel up to 48 hours before the event; after that their portion is non-refundable but may be reassigned to a substitute.

Do you serve alcohol at events?
No. Alcohol thins the blood and significantly increases bruising. We serve sparkling water, flavoured water, and light refreshments.
